Oregon State Children's Health Insurance Program (SCHIP) Benefits
Program DescriptionSCHIP allows Oregon to offer health insurance for eligible children, up to age 19, who are not already insured.
General Program RequirementsIn order to qualify for this benefit program, you must be a resident of Oregon, under 19 years of age, not covered by health insurance (including Medicaid), and a U.S. national, citizen, legal alien, or permanent resident.
In order to qualify, you must have an annual household income (before taxes) that is below the following amounts:
