Veterans' Mortgage Life Insurance (VMLI) Benefits
Program DescriptionVeterans Mortgage Life Insurance (VMLI) is a program for certain severely disabled Veterans. It provides insurance coverage on home mortgages to Veterans who receive Specially-Adapted Housing grants because of service-connected disabilities. VMLI provides up to $200,000 mortgage life insurance.
General Program RequirementsTo qualify, Veterans must have been issued a Specially-Adapted Housing Grant.
