To be eligible for this benefit program, you must be a resident of Idaho and one of the following:
- Pregnant, or
- Breastfeeding, or
- Postpartum, or
- A child 5 years old or younger.
In order to qualify, you must have an annual household income (before taxes) that is below the following amounts:
