What is Missouri MO HealthNet ?

The purpose of the MO HealthNet program is to provide medical services to persons who meet certain eligibility requirements as determined by the Family Services Division (FSD). The goals of the MO HealthNet program are to promote good health, to prevent illness and premature death, to correct or limit disability, to treat illness, and to provide rehabilitation to persons with disabilities.

Program Requirements

In order to qualify for this benefit program, you must be a resident of the state of Missouri, a U.S. national, citizen, permanent resident, or legal alien, in need of health care/insurance assistance, whose financial situation would be characterized as low income or very low income. You must also be either pregnant, a parent or relative caretaker of a dependent child(ren) under age 19, blind, have a disability or a family member in your household with a disability, or be 65 years of age or older.

In order to qualify, you must have an annual household income (before taxes) that is below the following amounts:

*For households with more than eight people, add $5,559 per additional person. Always check with the appropriate managing agency to ensure the most accurate guidelines.
